Lewis Goldenberg is passionate about RPA, AI, ML, and other human-freeing technologies that enable people to improve service delivery. Lewis started as a Call Centre agent, spent several years as a QA, and led an IT team that supported over seventy-five IT and business applications. He also stood up and ran an RPA CoE team before honing his RPA skills further as a Technical Consultant at UiPath. Now, Lewis consults with clients at Greenlight Consulting to showcase the art of the possible – how RPA can support and accelerate digital transformation in organizations across all industries.
