Kimberly Lowe is the Director, Talent Management for the BC Ministry of Finance. Throughout her 18-year career with the BC Public Service she has focused on people. Supporting her team and clients through the hardest days of the pandemic cemented a deep belief in the impact workplaces have on people’s mental health and wellbeing – and the responsibility we all share to make that impact a positive one.
