Tina Beaudry-Mellor is a thought leader, strategist and champion. She is best at translating cyber risk into a language that non-technical stakeholders can understand and building out supporting ecosystems around common narratives. 

 Tina is a graduate of the Harvard program in Cyber and Risk Management and currently serves Deloitte Canada & Chile as a Partner in Cyber Strategy and Risk Advisory. She is part of Deloitte’s Women in Cyber program and is currently working with multiple clients in both the public and private sector on everything from cyber governance and regulatory compliance, cyber risk assessments, incident response, identity and access management, information security and privacy, managed security services and cyber threat intelligence. She has written and presented on the cyber workforce, critical infrastructure and supply chain security and has expertise in public policy.

 Prior to Deloitte, Tina was the Chief Economic Growth Officer for Economic Development Regina where she was part of $1.2B in investment announcements in the region, primarily in canola crushing and led the organization to be a founding partner in Canada’s first venture backed AgTech Accelerator..  She is also the former Minister of Advanced Education, the Minister of Innovation Saskatchewan and the Minister Responsible for the Status of Women.  She was first elected in 2016 and in her time in government was the author of many key initiatives including the Saskatchewan Technology StartUp Incentive, the most aggressive angel investment tax credit in Western Canada, which has played a key role in making Saskatoon the second fastest growing tech hub in Canada, as well as the AgTech Growth Fund, now managed by Emmertech. As the Status of Women Minister, she spearheaded Canada’s first Women’s Economic Advisory Council here in Saskatchewan.
