Executive Director, Drug Plan & Extended Benefits Branch SK Ministry of Health
Raelynn Douglas is the Executive Director, Drug Plan and Extended Benefits Branch, Saskatchewan Ministry of Health. After a successful career in the Sask Ministry of Finance, Raelynn moved to Ontario to take on senior level roles in the health care sector and developed a passion for home and community care. Her curiosity about the Health Human Resource (HHR) shortage led her to complete a Global MBA in Health and Life Sciences at the Rotman School of Management and launch her own consulting company, focusing on building resilient teams and strong cultures to retain and engage staff. Raelynn’s workshops help leaders calculate the return on investment (ROI) of leadership development programs – the goal is to have HR leaders ‘talk like Finance’ (and vice versa). Last summer, Raelynn returned to her home province of Saskatchewan, to lead the large and dynamic Drug Plan team, and she is excited to be part of the solution to the HHR crisis.
