Pat Bokitch is Assistant Chair, responsible for the Centres of Excellence Division at the Saskatchewan Public Service Commission. Following completion of a Bachelor of Administration degree from the University of Regina, Pat worked in operational management roles and public relations in the airline and post-secondary educational sectors. She began her HR career in the recruitment field and has held multiple HR specialist and leadership roles in the Public Service Commission. She holds an International Personnel Management Association-Executive Designation and has spent a considerable part of her career in organizational development, focusing on broader HR strategy and high performing organizations. Pat is passionate about public service, leadership and inclusion and enjoys being outdoors hiking, skiing, and wake-surfing.
