Nikia Reid is the Executive Director of Infrastructure Planning and Priorities for the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement with the Government of Saskatchewan. Nikia’s branch is responsible for developing the Provincial Capital Budget, Federal-Provincial relations on infrastructure priorities and ensuring effective asset management for provincial infrastructure.
Nikia holds an MPA from the Johnson Shoyama Graduate School in Regina. Prior to working at the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement, Nikia held multiple roles over the past 8 years in the Government of Saskatchewan with the Ministries of Finance (Treasury Board), Social Service, and Agriculture.
In her spare time, Nikia volunteers on the Board of Regina Transition House and prefers to spend the hot Saskatchewan summer weekends at the beach with her two kids and husband.
